This service is for clients that are building a new house from the ground up and are planning on making it a smart home. SpicyT AV will do a full walkthrough with the contractor/client to get an understanding of exactly what they want. We will prewire TV locations, access points, lighting modules, and other low voltage equipment during construction, and when the house is ready, we’ll come install/program the system. For both retrofit and new construction systems, we will generally have our own room/closet to house all of our equipment. There’s no limit to what can be integrated or controlled; we will make it happen!
